R/T Tuning SHIPPING POLICY
Here at rttuning.com, we understand that your order may be of a time-sensitive nature. Our processing time for in-stock orders is 1-2 business days, please also take note that our processing cutoff for in-stock orders is 3 pm EST. Any orders placed after this time will be entered into the queue for the next business day. If your order requires immediate shipment after cutoff please contact a member of our team prior to placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request. During this time period, we are able to verify and collect payment and our shipping department is able to begin packing of your order. If any item you have selected is not available within the 1-2 processing time you will be notified of the expected arrival time.
Domestic Shipping Rate
Currently, rttuning.com is offering free shipping on orders of $200dollars or more. If your order qualifies for free shipping it would be shipped with Standard Ground Service. This promotion does not apply to expedited orders although your order may be entitled to additional shipping discounts. You can check if your order qualifies for any shipping promotion by adding your desired items to the cart and use the "Estimate Shipping" box located on the lower portion of the shopping cart. Please take note that free shipping promotions only apply to US48 customers and exclude products that are labeled as Pre-Order, Group Buy or Clearance. RT Tuning reserves the right to adjust the shipping carrier without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner, your shipping service will be carried over to the adjusted carrier for example is Federal Express Two Day Air is selected and we determine that your order will be benefit by shipping from one of our warehouse which uses UPS you order will be shipped with UPS 2nd Day Air and vice-versa. Please also take note that our express services unless otherwise noted do not include weekend delivery, if you wish to add a Saturday Delivery option please contact a member of our team and they will manually quote this out for you as Saturday Delivery is not included on any method of transit besides FedEx Home Delivery
APO / PO Box Shipping Rates

Address Verification (Billing / Shipping Address)
rttuning.com will take all the necessary steps to confirm the validity of all online orders. We utilize The Address Verification System (AVS) to verify and confirm the billing information supplied to us is that of the cardholder's issuing bank. Currently, we only allow online orders to be shipped to the confirmed billing address of the cardholder per merchant services regulations. We will not accept credit cards that do not pass our stringent fraud protection measures, which include gathering the CVV2 digits and verifying the billing address and cardholder information. rttuning.com reserves the right to decline any purchase at any time and will do so if we suspect a credit card is being used fraudulently. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other then the billing address you must contact our Customer Service Department by email: email@example.com or call 215-855-5565
Out of Stock Orders
If we have determined that an item on your order is out of stock we will notify you of the expected arrival time. We will put your order in a holding status in our system and ship the out of stock item as soon as it becomes available. Our Customer Service Representatives monitor stock statuses daily to ensure that when the out of stock item does become available your order will be swiftly processed. rttuning.com reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. However, if we do determine that placing the entire order on hold until the out of stock item arrives best processes your order we will take the necessary steps to inform you.
Standard Return Policy
Unless otherwise indicated products sold by rttuning.com are covered under the Standard Return Policy. Our Standard Return Policy requires the buyer to complete an RMA (Return Authorization Number) request within 15 days from the invoice date. To complete the request an RMA please email firstname.lastname@example.org
For an item to be covered under our Standard Return Policy it must be in new unused condition with any and all packaging intact. Under the Standard Return Policy original and return shipping charges are strictly nonrefundable, and will not be credited in any way. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in delayed and or refused return processing. Items that have been damaged in shipment, are plagued with a manufacturing defect or warranty replacement are not covered under the Standard Return Policy and must be handled individually by a member of our Customer Support Team (See Warranty Policy). Please also take note that items covered under the standard return policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Special Order Return Policy
rttuning.com has access to hundreds of thousands of aftermarket parts from over 300+ manufacturers. In some cases, these items are considered special order and are specifically ordered in for the buyer on a case-by-case basis. As a result, items that fall under the Special Order Return Policy are not eligible for any refund, credit or exchange. Special order items require a 50% (nonrefundable) deposit, should the buyer choose to cancel the order at any point RT Tuning will not refund the deposit. The buyer assumes that any and all items ordered under the Special Order Return Policy will fit their vehicle and will fit their needs.
Once a member of our team has processed your return the system will automatically refund your original form of payment, you will see the refund appear on your statement in 1-5 business days depending on your banks' practices. If the buyer does, however, wish to instead have the refund issued as store credit a member of our Customer Support Team can make this change. Product refunds will only be issued if the returned merchandise is in the condition that was agreed upon when the RMA number was issued. Please also take note that items covered under the standard return policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted.
On occasion packages are returned as “undeliverable”. In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.
